Data Collection: Clinics collect personal and medical information (name, DOB, history, test results) strictly for providing medical care, treatment, and billing.
Consent and Disclosure: Data is not shared with third parties without patient consent, unless required by UAE law, for insurance processing, or for protecting public health/safety in guidance of DHA guidelines.
Valid identification (Emirates ID or Passport) and insurance details must be provided upon registration.
Signing of consent forms is mandatory as per DHA Laws. Treatment cannot be provided without the same.
Patients must provide accurate medical history, including allergies, and follow the treatment plan outlined by the doctor.
Payment is required at the time of service. Patients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and any services denied or not covered by insurance.
Consultation Fee is deducted from the price of the treatment, provided the treatment is booked in the next 14 days.
Patients are encouraged to book appointments, though walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
Patients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Delays greater than 15 minutes without prior intimation could result in you losing your booking slot
